The most remarkable thing about this story. Is this one guy who was sent to Australia, where he was starved and abused physically and sexually, got in touch with his mother again years later, and never hinted to her what he went through to spare her feelings of guilt. When people do things like this, it gives me hope that society is good, when usually everything I see is to the contrary. Someone who went through years of abuse and dealing with it, who was then able to push their feelings of anger aside to keep someone else happy, now that is a good person.
I'm Kelly, a college student who lives in New York. I love all things Disney, watch way too much television, think movies are magical, love the outdoors but use way too much hand sanitizer, and still have the heart of a little kid.
